I’m Salvatore, an Italian teacher with nearly 10 years of experience.
In 2023, I created my own online school, Tanto per parlare (you probably know it means “just to talk”)—and that’s exactly my philosophy.
Working with intermediate and advanced students, I’ve noticed that many of them feel stuck: they’ve already learned most of the grammar, but they don’t feel confident speaking or using Italian for what they love. As many of them like to say: fare quel passo in più per sbloccarsi.
So I developed a program specifically for intermediate and advanced learners who feel “stuck”—a method that helps you activate what you’ve already studied, move beyond the traditional textbook approach, and finally speak Italian with ease, precision, and confidence.
